Passport must:
Have 2 blank visa pages
Be valid 9 months beyond travel date
Photographs/One passport sized colour photograph.
The photographs must: Have a light background
Be taken within the last six months
Adhere to passport photo size (please refer to the passport office guidlines)
A letter of introduction from the applicant's UK employer.
This letter must: Be addressed to the Embassy
Be on company letterhead paper
Include the passport number of the applicant
Specify the purpose of journey
Include the name of the organisation(s) to be visited
Specify the requested number of entries and the length of visa required
Include an acceptance of financial responsibility for the applicant
Be signed by the applicant's supervisor or the company's HR department
A letter of invitation from the company the applicant is visiting. A copy is acceptable.
This letter must: Be in Portuguese
Be on company letterhead paper
Include the full name of the applicant
Include the nationality of the applicant
Include the country of birth of the applicant
Include the date of birth of the applicant
Include the passport number of the applicant
Include the date of issue of the passport
Include the date of expiry of the passport
Include the applicant's job title
Include the Employer's name
Explain the nature of the work project in Angola
Include the location of the work project
Include the objective of travel
Include the entry date to Angola
Include the exit date from Angola
Be issued within the last three months
Bear the company stamp
Be emailed in PDF format to the Embassy by the host from Angola prior to visa submission at [email protected]
One fully completed and signed application forms.
